1st episode of a foreign TV drama

Recently, I watch Dae Jang Geum in SKY PerfecTV. My family loves this TV drama and we always watch it at dinner time.

It is a Korean drama and it was produced in 2003. This drama's heroin is Jang Geum. She was born from an affair between army officer and woman who worked in the imperial court. Her father, Seo Cheon soo, was the army officer and he killed the Deposed Queen Lady Yun because he was ordered to by the king who was her husband. Cheon soo suffered from this incident and on his way home, he fell from a cliff. He was rescued by an old man, however he told Cheon soo a mysterious message. he said, "Your life will revolve around three women, the first woman will be killed by you, second woman will be saved by you but will be killed because of you, third woman will kill you but will save a lot of people." The old man also said that if he didn't meet the second woman, you would not meet the third woman, too.

Cheon soo decided to not be interested in woman but he met a woman. She was Park Myeong yi and they were to be married. They had a child, she was Jang Geum. She always asked a lot of question to parents and she was so curious. They were so happy but Jang Geum's father, Cheon soo was killed because of Jang Geum. When he was going to be taken to the government office, unintentionally she  said that, "He is military officer to protect the king !!". After she said that, Cheon soo was taken to government office and he was killed. Jang Geum and her mother attempt to escape from their pursuers but her mother was killed. Jang Geum has to live by herself. This is Dae Jang Geum's 1st episode. I think this drama is the most interesting drama of Korean TV dramas.

My sister's presents!!

Today, my sister went to Umi-Tamago in Oita with her boyfriend. Umi- Tamago is an aquarium and I have been there when I was in junior high school with my family. We are very glad. I want to go there again.

Typhoon

In July 9, I took 2 picture on my way home. There are a lot of cloud and flow of them were so fast than normal. Next day, university was canceled lecture. All of my family member stayed in home. However we thought "Did typhoon really come?" My mother bought many foods and water but there was no wind outside. I thought I could have go shopping !! Anyways, it was good that there was no damage.

BR01-15: The Leopard and the Sky God

This story is about the Sky God, the leopard, his drum, the python, the elephant and the tortoise. (p,2,3)

First, I thought tortoise is so terrible!! That is leopard's drum nevertheless she held out it to the Sky God with cheated the leopard. This story is similar to Aesop story. I have read that series but I don't know this story. However, I think the tortoise is so smart but I feel it is not good to cheat someone and rob someone's things. This story drown that consists of tortoise's shell in the last part. I feel it is so interesting. If you are interested in it, I recommend you to read it.

BR01-14: The Magic Porridge Pot

This story is about hungry Hannah, an old woman, a greedy boy, a magic pot and a LOT of porridge. (p,2,3)

I think children will like this story because it is so cute and interesting story. This story's heroin, Hannah, met an old woman and she was given a pot from an old woman. This pot can full of porridge when someone say the magic words. Hannah was told it from an old woman and she didn't worried about hungry. However a greedy boy stole this pot. He thinks he want to eat a lot of porridge. However he didn't know the magic words which stop making porridge. He couldn't stop and Hannah stopped it. A greedy boy never steel it from that incident. I like this type's story because at the end of it, there is happy end only. I want all of children to learn everything from this Usborne series.

BR01-13: Why the sea is salty

Long ago, the sea wasn't salty like it is today. Once, it tasted sweet. (p,3)

This story is very interesting for me and I like it. The main thing of this story is the millstone. It can make gold and jewels or special spices or whatever the king asked for. This is king's millstone but a thief heard about it and he stolen it from the palace. Since I was a child, I have been thought why the sea is salty. I don't know whether this story is true but I think this story will give for children a lot of dream. If you want to know why the sea is salty because of the millstone, you should read it.

BR01-12: The Inch Prince

Once upon a time, there was a little old man and a little old woman. (p,2)

I have read this story when I was three years old. It is Japanese ancient story and I like it. This story is involved fantasy but after read it, my heart was warmed. The best words which impressed me is " Small things can be special." It was said by the emperor. I like this words. I can't understand last part of this story which hammer granted Issy's wish but I like fantasy, too. If you want to read Japanese ancient story again, you should read Usborne series.

BR01-11: Stone soup

Once, there was a poor man. (p,2)

First I think this poor man is so smart. However it is trick so I don't feel good job. This story's main is poor man say he can make soup from a stone. In fact, he can't make it. He tricked woman and let her to popped a lot of food in hot water. However, woman didn't notice it, she thought this stone is really great. I think it is bad for woman. I think poor man should be grateful to woman. However, poor man could escape from hunger, so I think he is so smart. This book is Usborne series, so you can find it in KGU library.

BR01-10: Monkeys

Monkeys come in lots of different sizes and they live all over the world. (p.12)

I have heard that human comes from monkeys. I don't know whether it is really or not but monkeys which wrote this book are really similar to human habits. There are a lot of kinds of monkeys and according to this book, macaque monkeys are sit in hot water to keep warm in winter. I think this habit is similar to human. Also, this book says monkeys make faces to tell each other how they feel. I think it is similar to human, too. This book is so interesting for me to know about monkeys. If you want to know about monkeys, you can read this book more easily.

My favorite app

Recently, I started to use Instagram, which is iPhone app. I like take picture and my favorite artist using it so I began. This app is so interesting and I often post a picture in a day. First picture is sunset. I thought I could take it so beautiful. Second picture is rain cloud and I took it yesterday. I took both picture at the same place. I want to take more beautiful picture than that.

Rain!!!!!!!!

Today's weather is so bad!! It is rainy!! All of weather in Kyu-syu is rainy. I heard Nagasaki station submerged. I feel it is Rainy Season, in Japanese, it is "Tsuyu". I don't like rainy season because air is so bad and we must have umbrella. However, rainy season's temperature is a little low so I like it a little. 

By the way, Japanese government held the extraordinary cabinet meeting and they decided to permit the exercise of the right of collective self-defense by changing the interpretation of Article 9 of the Constitution. I think what are they doing. I can't help thinking that they want to do war. I can't believe Japanese government. Where is our future? We may die before 30 birthday. If we have children, we may have to send them to war. I think whether it is really good for Japan.

Yesterday's incident

Yesterday, I didn't notice expiration of train pass and when I notice it, I was in Kumamoto station. After I arrived Suizennji station, I paid station staff to fee which is from Higo-Ikura to Suizennji. However I didn't had enough money to buy a train pass, so I didn't buy it. However yesterday my mother's work was holiday so she brought me enough money to buy it. I thought she was so kind. I was saved and I was so glad because she came in KGU nevertheless my house is so far. I thought I have to thank to my parents.

BR01-09: Treasure Island

This is the story of my incredible adventure on Treasure Island. (P.3)

First, I think it is so bad for people relationship to involved money. This story is about treasure and Jim found a lot of money. I was so exciting to read this book and this story let me suspenseful. However if I found a lot of money, I would say many people. I think I can't help saying it. I want to heart of justice. If you are interested in adventure or treasure, you should read it. It is Usborne series and you can find it in KGU library. I think this series is so easy to read it.
